THAW works on the energetic level: identifying inherited and personal energy patterns through mapping using multiple systems and offering proven personalized energetic practices for harmonization from ancient systems. Grounded in an empirical approach - every insight from the Trace stage is checked against your actual experience. Nothing is assumed and nothing is taken on faith.

THAW operates within the 3-Level Model of Austrian Humanenergetik primarily on energetic level, while trying to visualize patterns from archetype level, thus influencing the material level of the body.

For deep psychological processing or therapeutic constellation work, I maintain a network of certified professionals. When the energetic map points at something that needs professional depth, I can recommend you these practitioners.

Independent of the energetic work, I recommend grounding through somatic practice, such as Feldenkrais or Craniosacral therapy as complement to THAW, and can refer you.
